* Responsible for the Technical Service in Europe
* Maintain and develop existing Service Network
* Warranty analysis and handling
* Provides latest product and service information, resolution and trouble shooting.
* Collect customer information and analyze customer needs.
* Act as liaison between customers and company providing feedback to Sales, Service and Quality Departments
* Follow-up complaint resolution to ensure proper and satisfactory closing
* Provides regular technical training to OEM’s and Service Dealers in Europe
* Support sales activities through better customer service
