Within Talent Management your scope will be on Recruitment, Performance and Mobility. In this function you will not only be operational in these domains but will also develop, implement and coordinate policies and processes together with the HR business partners in order to provide the organization with sufficient, qualified and strongly motivated and engaged executives and exempts. In cooperation with the Group Communication Department, you will manage a brand and image for Tessenderlo Group as an employer of choice; initiate campaigns (magazines, jobfairs,…)and build a network with the labour market (schools, recruitment agencies,…) in order to create a competitive advantage to attract the right potential of candidates for current and future Talent needs. You define and implement the performance management policy and processes in close cooperation with the Group Reward Manager. You coordinate and advise business management on the performance cycle and calibrate the qualitative performance criteria for executives in order to support and motivate the realization of the business strategy. Further, you support the implementation and further optimization of the Group HRIS system. As Group Talent Manager you are part of the Group Talent Management team.
