For our head office in Kiewit, Hasselt, we are looking for a Key Account Responsible. The main role is: 1/ Intermediate between the customer and EBTS by - analyzing problems and requests, - addressing issues to the relevant persons, - taking necessary implementation actions - making sure things are happening and feedback is given in due time 2/ Maintain an issue log in order to ensure traceability of actions taken 3/ Ensure correctness and timeliness of monthly statistics, KPIs and compensation fund 4/ Monitor incoming invoices, making sure pricing is respected by providers and not booked by EBTS if not correct 5/ Address issues to the sales companies if recurrent invoicing or operational issues arise 6/ Monitor quality of case handling, making sure rules and procedures are respected; especially in terms of special request set up 7/ Handle cases in order to remain close from day to day operation and broaden his experience 8/ A monthly review meeting with the customer will take place. 9/ Improve the relationship with the providers by setting up a competitive ranking 10/ Work on methods to improve the customer's satisfaction
